Why has my job not been started?

There are several reasons why your job has not been started.

  1. Orders are started once an estimate has been signed and returned via fax or email confirmation (to the actual email the estimate was sent in).
  2. Full payment or deposit (see terms of payment) must be made when the estimate has been signed and returned.
  3. Proof must be signed and approved for printing.

If all the above steps have not been completed, your job will be delayed.  If you have completed steps 1&2 and have not received a layout yet, please contact our office at 410.848.2900.
